As a designer for the off-price division of department store chain, Nordstrom, I gained invaluable fashion industry experience learning the ins and outs of on-figure and product photography on set by attending product styling walkthroughs and photoshoots.
In addition to creating responsive, mobile-first e-commerce landing pages (desktop, mobile, native app), I worked on executing email marketing campaigns, animated banners, paid + organic social media advertising, campaign logo lockups, and consumer infographics.

The 2019 Coat Shop quadrupled its projected earnings by bringing in over $2 million in revenue.

In addition to flash sale campaigns, I also designed the responsive pages and assets for the 2019 collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The campaign raised over $280,000 in donations and matched over 200 children with adult mentors.

Nordstrom Product Group
Problem: Nordstrom is a major retailer, but most people aren’t aware that they also manufacture their own products under proprietary brand names.
Task: Create an online shopping experience to spotlight and sell Nordstrom-made products.
Solution: Initially I sketched the curated experience on a whiteboard alongside creative leadership. Next was developing low-fidelity wireframes for testing before collaborating with a copywriter to curate the styling content. Lastly, I designed the high-fidelity, color-blocked responsive landing pages and worked alongside in-house developers through final build and QA.
Merchandise Email Marketing
Product and category emails designed to increase ROI for site merchandising. 15-20 emails were created monthly depending on A/B testing initiatives.
Customer Infographics
Infographic design and data visualization based on behavior, lifecycle, demographics, and marketing engagement to facilitate customer-centric planning and targeted strategy.
